Tennis Clinic Last Night

We had less players than usual so LOTS of running. LOTS.

Need to figure out why I’m not getting enough power on volleys. Need to take bigger swing? Shift weight? Both?

I probably need to be more aggressive moving forward towards the ball, which would get my weight behind it, which would generate more power.
