Thursday Night Spin Class

I’m really getting into the spin classes again. An enjoyable hour. Really like the new bikes too. The computer keeps track of the total distance (and  other things) which I really like. After attending a bunch of classes, I  know now that 18 total miles is a good workout, 19 is a hard work out,  and almost 20 is really pushing  it. As long as I track myself on the total  miles, I can pay less attention to the instructors constant demands to  increase or decrease speed, tension, and so on. I can get into a better  zone if I track the distance, and halfway follow along with the  instructor.

18.2 miles tonight in 55 minutes. Not too tough.
