Thursday Night Spin Class

Good night. I decided before class to do a medium-hard effort, but somehow I exceeded my Saturday distance, when I really pushed it hard. I’m not a morning person I guess.

It seems 18 to 19 miles is a decent workout for me. Anything above 20 is a big effort.
