Four miles in 39 minutes.
I can does this easily (not saying much I know), a good easy-to-do baseline run. I think I could cutoff another minute with making it hard. Will try that next week.
36 minutes if I ran hard? Certainly, although I’d have to in the mood to push a little. Not so easy anymore.
