Weekly Summary

Piano- 1 hour 45 min – not great – need to get in at least two hours

Running – 17 miles – fine

Tennis – played once.  fine.

Weights – 3 sessions- very good

Sleep – not great. Need to be a bit more disciplined about drinking  water/eating at night

Diet – Definitely the biggest thing I could improve.

Work – Crazy busy.  Need to force myself to reserve time for learning.

Home – Called the kids, movie night, dinner out, Harper Ferry trip.

Other – Could have read a bit more. Worked on dahlias a lot. Worked on Mom situation.
